District Tournament Information
Tournament Team Fee’s
- $500 per participant paid to the host association
Gate Fee’s
- $5 per person per day
- $10 weekend pass
- 12 and under, as well as rostered players, coaches and managers will be free.
Standings / Draws
- Will be available on the district website

Ice Resurfacing
- Each game will start on fresh ice and an ice resurface will take place between the second and third period. In the event overtime rules apply, ice resurface will follow traditional guidelines outlined in the handbook.
Off-ice officials (penalty boxes, time clock, scorer)
- Under no circumstances, should a child be permitted at the scorer’s table or in the penalty boxes. These positions MUST be filled by responsible and properly trained adults.
Spectator Conduct
- Each team is responsible for the conduct of its spectators. Coaches should advise their parents and fans of the conduct rules.
- If spectator conduct becomes so abusive that, in the official’s opinion, it is distracting from the game or inciting the players, the referees(s) will stop play and ask the coach(es) to control their spectators, and/or ask the coach(es) to request specified individuals to leave the arena.
- Disruptive use of artificial noise makers is considered abusive conduct. The use of any artificial noise making devise is strictly prohibited. Examples are, but not limited to; cow bells, whistles, artificial clappers, air horns, etc.
- If a violation of the above occurs, the individual(s) shall be banned from the remainder of the tournament and receive a minimum 3-game suspension that begins at the end of the event. Additionally, there may be further disciplinary action by the local governing body.
Trophy Ceremonies
- Fans / spectators are NOT permitted on the ice. Fans wishing to take photos should do so from the stands or with player(s) / team once they leave the ice. The team, the fan(s) and host association are subject to disciplinary action should this be violated.
